communal flat - aprartment socket problem...channels not tuning

hi guys
i hope you can help
i have moved to a new flat. there is an amplified/digital box which has the green light on, so it seems to be powered on...

and there are number of sockets in the rooms (that RF CABLE) can be connected too...its not labelled as there are gold plates over them, so i'm not sure if some are FM or TV etc

however i can connected an RF CABLE directly from TV to the socket (i've tried each one and tried to tune, however its not finding any channels)

i have tried digital tuning and analogue tuning.
my sony tv has a digital tuner inside (freeview)

can anyone help???

Could it be a sky communal aerial system?

apparently there is only virgin available here.....however these are RF Sockets connects on the wall. and there is some other cables which seem can be connected to a digital box seperately/ its looks like there is an ariel system, but i cant tune it

i have two of these in the lounge and a 1 socket one in the bedroom. i have a tried an rf cable each socket and tried to tune (digitally and analogue) but nothing is being found..

i don't have a digital box. i did buy a freeview box and try that but it didnt work either, although my tv has a built in digital tuner
