Sky has today announced the launch of a new midrange set top box aimed at customers wanting to watch high definition TV in more than one room

Meh, they could have done better with the box design (hides his TiVo box...)

Hmm. Still charging a further £10.25 HD subscription for the second HD box, though, rather than covering the HD channels via the Multiroom subscription.

Understandable as sky no longer supply standard boxes and not everyone wants a recording facility on thier multiroom box.

We always wanted a set top box which is enabling more that one TV. This news seems great because now we can enjoy 2 TV's with single connection at high definition clarity.

I get the same thing from Virgin for half the cost

£20 a month to watch tv in another room plus install and box costs screw that.
