In that case, it depends on the nature of Challenge's contract for carriage in the Sky EPG. If it's going Free-to-view on satellite, then you should get it on FSFS but not Freesat. If it's going fully FTA then you will get it on both FSFS and Freesat.
However, the fact that it's appearing on Freeview is no guarantee that it is going to appear as a free channel on any satellite EPG - for example, Dave.
