If you going to change the name sky then put a smaller logo on it and make it more transparant. This ugly a stupid NAME have sky got people to dream up something better thinktanks.

How about calling it firstime or laid afterall we was virgin

ps anybody getting pestered by Sky and know your virgin customer asking you if you had a dish to try get you to move to them. How did they know the exact address.

How the heck did they know these details have they been passed have camerons stupid governement sold tv licence addresses but how would that know I was virgin customer. Very strange has virgin got a mole in acounts.

Interesting about the dish, we had someone come around recently telling us we had an old sky account and a dish which we have never had. I was not in at time other half dealt with it but they confused her.

They should have called it Sky 4 after all the quality of the programming is exactly as poor as all the other sky channels.

Thats interesting so not just me. That dont sound cold calling it seems quite sinister targeted ploy by badgering virgin customers. The fact they refused to tell me there source of getting my address, name and how they knew I was virgin customer is a worry suspect illegal means. I wonder if they used hacking techniques I have non paper bill.

Would be abit naughty to do something so nasty is phorm active still which could possible be the culprit from BT.

Sky sound like they getting desperate to go after customers like this I did not even let her try talk me into deal I dont and cant have sky.

Isn't it rather easy to establish that someone is a Virgin Media customer?

RobboEdin no not all property obvious and they would also not know if its live anyway if they can see boxes. It could easily be a previous tenent had it installed.

It certainly not cast iron guide of knowledge to virgin customers.

Maybe calling to property with a box by knocking on the door but they rang me I nearly asked them what was my service see if they knew everything.

I have a dish on the back of the house which no agent can see and I have never had anyone ring asking if I wanted a new account and if they did I would mention that I was registered with TPS and could they tell me where they got my details from........................at which point phone would go dead.

I think the new logo is less intrusive than the Virgin 1 one, however Channel One is still an awful generic name for a channel
