Had enough of Virgin Media

Dear All

I have had enough of VM, poor service, dreadful customer service, as well as my HD box never working ( I have had 3 in 5 months).I have been a customer for 4 years, bring back Telewest!

The problem I have is that there are not enough people in the flats where i live to get Sky so I have no real alternative as I really want Sky Sports 123 and 4.

Is there any way around this?

Thanks

Unless you are in an area that has Talk Talk TV (what was Tiscali) on the local exchange, then you have no other choice but Virgin.

Re: Had enough of Virgin Media

Just keep complaining, when I report something faulty it gets sorted on the spot.

Apart from that Tivo is about to launch soon and I think that will phase out the existing V+HD boxes.

Oh and Virgin Media are Telewest, its run by the same group of people that were running Telewest and owned by NTL shareholders.

Thats why Sky basic channels went, Telewest were always funny about there contracts, at one time they had contract issues with Nickelodeon and saw it being removed from the service for about a year. Same happened to History Channel and The Box just before Digital started.
