Any alternatives to Virgin Media for TV?

I live in a listed block of flats with no communal aerial or sky dish. The walls are too think to allow a decent freeview signal through to an indoor aerial.

I'm currently with Virgin Media, but their prices have increased significantly in the last year, meaning that my cost for basic tv and basic broadband will almost double when I renew.

Are there any other options available to me? Are there any other cable providers which could use the Virgin cables, or is it possible to have an indoor satellite dish? (I do have a BT line which is currently not active, but could potentially be used for broadband, but stuck for the TV)

Any ideas gratefully received!

Depending on the broadband speed on the BT line, BT Vision may be possible no idea on the costs though.

Tiscali TV may be available to you, depending on what exchange you're on. They are the only IPTV service carrying linear channels other than Virgin.

To see whats available see m419's thread recently posted.
