Question F connectors and aerials
Are F connectors ok to use on normal with aerial antenna down leads in preference to coax connectors?

Yep. I'd use them in preference to ordinary TV coax connectors.

Both are 75 ohms.

Some of the not-so-cheap items of TV equipment are fitted with F-types already:
