Starview, Dreambox any form of Cable help

Hi ive been planning to get one of these boxes so i can get free channels but i found out that you can only get one if you have or have had ntl virgin ect for the connection. ive been a sky customer so i dont have an ntl, virgin connection. i was just wondering does anyone have any legitimate sites where they sell the boxes at good prices plus can come to my house to set up the connection and install the box. I am located in south london
