Digital AV Sender Problem

I received an AV Sender for Christmas so that I could watch Sky in my bedroom. Setting up was fine, there was no interference and the picture/sound quality is good.

I can only get a decent reception on two of the four channels available on the AV sender and I do use the IR eye which enables use of the remote control on the TV in my bedroom.

However I do have a problem in that there is obviously some interference from a neighbour who must have a similar product as they are able to control my TV and I can control theirs - this is obviously very annoying when I am watching TV and they keep turning my channel over!!

Any suggestions on how this can be prevented would be gratefully received please?

Thanks
