Re: Anyone have bt vision ?
Hi, I think that its more than freeview. I borrowed a box from a friend plugged in freeview, but when I got my trial with BT Vision th "bronze package" £7 for 3mths then £13 a month, I was offered 42 channels including Virgin 1 and Picture Box (28 films a week updated weekly) - not brilliant films but Lovefilm could fill that gap for £9.99 a mth. My problem is that I loved SKY+ for years with them, but cannot have a dish, so BT Vision is what I went for. I hate the menu its "see through" and keeps the channel talking in the background, whereas Sky had a blue and white solid screen with musak/or not. Planner was a separate backscreen, where Vision only show current recorded programmes and I end up thinking I haven't recorded what in fact I have. Its a nightmare, I want to try Virgin Media, but that's another £70 for a box. BT Vision gave the box free provided I installed it. The Silver and Gold packages are all about Sports, so I opted for Picture Box and Kiddies, for Jack Jack my grandson Cbeebies etc.,
Hope this helps you.
