You probably did mistunderstand, but I'll forgive you....
Now in simple terms..... Take one standard scart cable with scart on both ends, take one dual plug RCA fly lead, take a simple measuring device (no need for a super accurate laser measuring device (which I'm sure that Zing will link to soon

) as a simple piece of string will suffice) Measure from scart sockets on both ends (TV and DVB) and see which is closer to the amp....The plug closer to the amp just pop open and solder in place the fly lead (If the freeview end then pins 1 & 3 with 4 as the earth, if TV end then pins 2 & 6 with 4 again as the earth) then plug the RCA leads into your amp...
Job done, you now have a nice breakout lead without dangling another lump of plastic at a precarious angle from a non-locking scart socket (yes the do pretend to lock but the lock was developed by idiots) which apart from the scart cable you already have has probably cost you less than a pound...
Now these cables were available a few years back and a good hi-fi shop will probably stock them, I would go an ask for a link but I wouldn't want to waste my time when I'm sure the buyer will enjoy looking at all the latest amps including the HDMI system that the OP will eventually buy with all the scart leads getting binned.....
