Help v+tv code

I know this has been asked before but I can't find the thread.Can anyone help with the V+ remote codes to operate my tv volume?
My tv is a Toshiba 37XV505DB,there are loads of codes for Toshiba,can anyone tell which one to use.And how to input the code,many thanks for any help offered.

Finding the right code for your TV is usually a case of trial and error. All the numbers are listed here. Don't forget add a 0 in front of the numbers listed as you need a 4 digit code

You can get a list of codes from the V+ by doing the following:

On the V+ remote press HOME/ 7 - Help with remote control

I suggest working your way through the Toshiba list, it also tells you how to enter them.
