Sky 'makes bid for Tiscali'
Sky is reported to have made a £450m bid for Tiscali's operations in the UK.
According to The Sunday Times - which, like 39% of Sky, is owned by News Corp - Sky has entered exclusive talks with Tiscali after rival bidder Carphone Warehouse exited the process.

Re: Sky 'makes bid for Tiscali'
All this hard pushing into the broadband space, and yet still no broadband connectivity for Sky digiboxes. I wonder how long it will be before they launch internet-based services via the ethernet ports on the back of some of their newer STBs?
