Diplexing 2 aerials of same group

Hi all, Newbie on here. Have been reading many useful posts over the past few months but decided to join up at last!

Right my dilemma - I am able to receive transmissions from two different transmitters but they are both on the same group C/D.
- RTE transmissions from Co. Louth in Ireland and BBC/ITV digi services from Limavady transmitter.

The reason I am investigating this is that I have very bad reception from the closer BBC digi transmitter (Divis - Belfast) which is a Grp K or Wideband transmitter. This is due to nearby hills. I am unsure how I go about diplexing the two C/D aerial feeds into my main feeder cable. Any help would be appreciated. Brendan.
