i am deceased
HI THERE
got up this morning and switched on sky ????
nothing , after three phone call;s and a lot of frustration eventually got through ; was told i have been disconnected because i am [DEAD] i said well i am ressurected because i am alive and well ;thank you very much =OH// SAID THE OPERATOR i will phone you back shortly when i know what to do as i have never talked to the dead before[lol] phoned me back 10 minutes later to tell me it was a mistake and i have been connected again
the old lady downstairs had passed away and they made a mistake?? they would give me a free month for coming back to life..
would you beleive it.................

I can believe it, someone probably bought up an account via address details instead of telephone or viewing card number. Never a good idea that as it gives too many opportunities to make mistakes.

I'm not suprised an it's not the first time i've seen this. I guess there was not too much harm done and a free months service is ok

just to clarify .virgin did not tell me ;and sky did not tell me ,the old lady had passed away ;if you have another look at what i said =they told me i was dead.. i later found out that it was the old lady downstairs i hope that clarifies your last post

I'm sure nobody here meant to make light of the death of your neighbour, but you must expect some comments other than those you agree with are likely to come from a posting on an internet forum. Your original post was done in a lighthearted manner, so why have a go at others who introduce any humour into the thread.
