I just spoke to a customer who said if you cancel Sky before they install you they charge upto £120 for cancelling the order is that true as they have to give you a right to cancel dont they?
With a standard box you have up to 8 days AFTER install to cancel the account, but they will not refund your install fee and will take the equipment back.
With Sky+ and Sky HD its a 30 day cooling off period with the same t+c's, i.e you will not get your install fee back AFTER install.
If you cancel before install you will get all your money back.
