STB Replacements

Currently, I have been a Sky Tv and HD service subscriber for little under a year and have had THREE replacement HD boxes. Frankly, I find this a huge annoyance Sky are in receipt of well over £50 per month from me and yet they cannot seem to provide a working Set top box.
Although, I have to say that I am most pleased with their customer services.
At present I am unable to watch the Champions League final on my new Tv, instead im using the Tv tuner on my PC and sitting in the smallest, coldest room in the house.

Anyone else having problems with Sky or Sky Hd boxes?
