what a con

i recently reported someone for selling a Sony VTX-S760U: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SKY-DIGIBOX-PL...QQcmdZViewItem (i have one & the same remote & its not Sky +) as they'd brought a Sky + remote & are claiming that its a Sky + receiver, Sony never made Sky + receivers, so its very misleading. he's just sent me a message back saying that he'l refund me what i paid for mine if i send it back to him. wtf i didnt even buy it from him, more like he'd keep it what a joke & whats more eBay dont care.
