Picture Problems with Sky - Page 2

If you are a sky subscriber then you got a new box when installed.
Are you able to try the things I suggested?

Its in the service menu i think, under one of the options in there. When im next at my box i'll check.

Possibly, I don't know anybody else with Sky though so I'll have to have an ask around and see if I can find someone that can help me out

I'm guessing it's a 'quality' problem as the guage seems so low.

It does seem a bit low, can you nudge your dish and see if the quality improves?

I can only base it on my levels which seem to sit around 70-80. He's saying his quality is around 55.

aslong as your levels are above 50% you should be getting a picture that wont get pixaled. now more is always better yes but 50% is the minimum.
