Re: getting sky into another room

Normal simple coax cable will do the job. There are 2 rf outputs on each sky stb. My sky plus box even has an option to send a different aspect ratio to each rf port in case you have widescreen in the lounge but a normal 4:3 as your second screen.

Re: getting sky into another room

Just to add to handyman's post, if you take a coax feed from the output of the sky box, you will only be able to watch the sky channel that the box is currently tuned to.

Re: getting sky into another room

So Long as there is an arial plugged into your sky box I think it does pass the signal through.

Re: getting sky into another room

it should work fine as long as the rf output channel on the sky box doesnt interfere with the 1 to 5 which it shouldnt
