When you are changing your package, the signal normally takes anywhere between 2 minutes and 4 hours
Personally I would expect anything from nearly instant to 24 hours depending on the upgrade and how busy they are. Since it's supposedly an automated system it SHOULD be nearly instant.
Yep didnt take long - less than an hour, its was just the emails and notices they sent stating I would receive confirmation in the next few days made me suspicious.
Agree its a great feature - no confusing IVR or lengthy wait to get hold of a person.
