sky and billing lack of itemised billing

Although I am happy with the quality of the tv service I recieve the billing I find is very poor.

I have twice on the interactive ordered paper billing but still dont get it and once asked them on the phone as well.

I ordered sky sports mix last week and was told my next bill the august one will be normal and the sept bill will be £85

I see today on the direct debit they have taken £55 (this is why I hate direct debits), normally sky sports mix, 6 channel mix and no movies would be around £35 I think, I have 4 mix and no movies so am very interested in how they have worked it out to £55 possibly including a bit of the month.

Also with direct debits am I right in that advanced notification is supoosed to be given on changes to charges? ie. invoices/bills.
