Help! How to set up freeview!

Can someone please help..... I have an Alba freeview box and am completely perplexed as to why I can't get it to work. I have put the scart cable from the box into the tv and the arial from the freeview box to the tv, then an arial from the freebox into the arial socket in the wall.

We have lost the instructions and are stuck!!

select the av on your tv remote,you should see some text on screen from your freeview box,then select set-up,it will then automatically load your channels.

I only have one coax cable with mine, from the freeview to the socket in the wall

You only need the coax from the freeview box to the TV if you want it to pass though the anolouge

signal though to the tv (or if the box has an RF out and you wish to make use of that)
