i have just had a "vehdaHD+80" with a full package. although i have BT broadband! i was extremely jubious at first!!! but i decided to take the risk. i just wanted to put peoples minds at rest. The box is really fast and has an EXCELLENT picture. the channels are really good too! if not better than skys full package! i was particulary impressed with the media library giving me thousands and thousands of film titles to download!!! im amazed by the whole thing and really glad i went ahead.

as i have got playtv installed just last week, just to let you know that play discovery is exactly the same as normal discovery just has a different logo on top of screen. there isnt a play gald? its got UKgold and UKgold + 1. hope thats helped

I have moved your post out of the thread intended to address questions to Play staff.

Although to be honest, I'm not sure whether I should have. You join the forum and make your first post a big defence of Play and say how you have begun to receive the service - I'm sorry but at this point I'm really quite suspicious that you are Play staff and you're posting to make people believe that there have been some developments.

Set my mind at rest - are you connected with Play in any way?

What other channels do you have? What's the guide layout like?

Got a digital camera? Care to take some photos of the guide to save you typing all the channels in?

yeah i have full package and 700 channels plus a "media libary"

no! i work in a pub! i never heard of play tv before untill i recieved a phone call! but they day they phoned i was really annoyed with sky for putting my bloody prices up all the time. honestly i am so glad i took the call. i was going to cancel at one point because of lack of paper work but the lady persuaded me it would all be fine. so i waited and i wernt exspecting it to brilliant for only 30 quid a month but its AMAZING!

dont have a didgy cam but im supposed to be having a web cam send in a few days if that helps? i have just been watching Die Hard 4 for free. cool ay!

records just the same as a sky plus, press a red butten and then green for series link button and off mine went. i dont have a HD redy tele as of yet. put my box has a thing at the back that says hd adapter. i think you just plug it in if you have the tele. well i made my engineer stay longer than he probably should have becasue technolagy scares me, but he was polite and didnt seem to mine. he was here about 40 mins. can use it like a dream now. i cant see anyone being dissapointed with it! hope that as helped!?

i have got it! i have got 1 vehda hd + 80 on full package! ordered mine in july 2. its not long bin installed. 700 channels!! i have got 34 sports channels, and getting arsenal tv in january as i am a great fan. i have 9 movie channels and 1 naughty but is double pin protected. i have a media libary giving me thousands and thousands of film titles to download. its unbelievable to be honest! so i would wait! i just need to get a HD tele so i can watch a bata picture, but plenty of time for that. any questions feel free to ask. seems like i am the only one on here that had 1 installed?
