I've been toying with the idea of changing to Sky.
This weekend VM pushed me towards it even further. VM dont have Setanta Ireland so i cant watch live NASCAR. As a result i watch it on a laptop using TVU player streaming it live. Yesterday i got traffic shapped with about 20 mins of the race left and as a result the video cut out so often you couldnt watch it so i missed the end ofthe race. Then i get home tonight and my return path on my STB is failing AGAIN.
Sooo cue Sky, i phoned them up, went through the new customer route and guess what, was on hold for 20 mins to be told that the flyr they sent me through the post, which arrived AFTER the offer expired of a free SKY+ box wouldnt be honoured even though it was sent out too late. How can any company that is so slow answering a sales line expect to sell anything
