TV distribution set up

I have my TV/ Video/ and Sky+ box aerial set up as follows.
Aerial from the roof to Sky+ box out to the digital connection on the TV and looped through and up to the distribution board in the loft.
A lead from the second set connection on the Sky+ box to the video, and out to the analogue connection on the TV.
My problem is that the main television has to be left on standby to get a picture and sound at the other TV’s.
Is there any other way this can be set up so that the main TV can be switched off.

Thank you in advance for your help

Paul

Re: TV distribution set up

Lots of ways to do it.

Assuming you're talking about the RF1 and RF2 outputs on the sky box, and your saying your digital TV input loops the RF through, then you could take the RF1 out into the video, then into TV digital, then out of TV into TV analogue.

Then just run the RF2 straight out into the loft.

Otherwise you could just split one of the RF outputs (where would depend if you wanted to distribute VCR upstairs).
