Re: Sky One nabs 'Prison Break' rights
If I remember rightly is the owner of FOX not also the owner of SKY ? or something like this ? If so then I guess SKY are always gonna nab the FOX shows like bones, 24, simpsons, prison break etc etc. I beleive lost is one ABC and Heroes is on NBC so theres a chance we could end up with these great shows.

I second that.
I normally only watch stuff on the main terrestrial channels, music channels and things like Lost, 24, Simpsons (and now Prison Break) etc on Sky One. Unless Virgin gets Sky One back, i'm going to have to cancel my subscription with them and move to Sky - no other choice but to!
Yes, it means more power to Sky, Fox and their parent company News Corpopration, but there's no arguament that Fox make some of the best TV dramas around.
Bye bye Virgin....

Re: Sky One nabs 'Prison Break' rights
As an alternative, i suppose we could all buy Lost/24/P.B. on DVD?!!
I would, if Virgin pays half towards the cost of the DVD box set!

Re: Sky One nabs 'Prison Break' rights
Just found the link: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/6722799.stm
To be fair... it's not Sky being greedy, it's just five didn't think it was value for money...
At least there's always an alternative way of watching tv shows...

That would be fine if we didnt have to wait until the end of the season to buy it.
It looks like I'll be having to find a way of watching it too.
Last nights episode was briliant and I can't wait until next weeks final ep.
