Silly question but here goes!


My sky controller when I got it could increase and decrease the Volume on my TV but someone in my family removed the batteries for a camera for the day as I was out.

It says replace batteries within ten minutes and now as I put them back in I’ve lost the volume control. Everything else works….

You can also get the codes and how to set up remote on the interactive service on your sky box. just press the interactive button on your remote and follow on screen menu.useful if you don't have access to a computer at the time.
