Prem Plus football dates

Does anyone know when the last match is to be shown on Prem Plus. The last date I can find is the 5th May, but don't know if it updates on a weekly basis.
I'm having V+ fitted on 27th April, and OH is a huge footie fan, so I don't want to cancel Sky before the last match is broadcast.

As the weekend after that is the last day of the season Sky don't usually release the games they are showing until a lot closer to the time.

You can buy Prem Plus games through Virgin Media... 8 quid a throw, but probably cheaper than keeping your Sky subs going.

PremPlus finishes this season for good anyway. Football will be shown on Sky Sports and Sananta (sp). Will not be subscribing to latter.
I just didn't want to give Sky 30 days notice too soon.
Don't want to lose the last match.
So is the last Premiership match played on the 12th May then?
If that's the case I'll give notice to Sky in the middle of April.

13th May is the last matches, They are all on the same day.
