Sky encripted sky one channel

Seems sky has encripted they shy one channel...I had my mother tape 24 last night and when I came too wach it..hes the sound was there but not the 24 picture...just an eveil looking man looking as though he's going too jump out and get you...How childish

Does this now mean sky is making it imposible for it's own customers to tape sky one..for later viewing..

This is what the picture is...It distinctly says sky one in the corner, so on right channel and obviously encrypted..
