Cancel you Subscription. Your viewing card should just become a bog standard Freesat card.

They'll throw you some deals and get you to stay. You need to give them 30 days notice, if you don't want to stay.

Ask them if they can transfer you onto the "Freesat from Sky". It might work or might not.

Or you can ring "freesat from sky" directly on 0870 240 5651 pay £20 and they'll send you another viewing card.

Why is Sky News free on Freesat but not free on Sky?

to get Sky News I have to take "News & Events Mix" but on Freesat it's free
