getting hold of SKY?

Does anyone have a number that actally gets you through to a PERSON in sky?

I just recieved my installation letter and noticed its got the wrong number on it, apart from going around in circles then being told they are to busy to anwser ive got nowhere with trying to get hold of someone to tell them they've got the wrong number

---------- Post added at 12:35 ---------- Previous post was at 12:10 ----------

ended up calling the sales enquries number in the end, they changed it on the account for me.

Although by the sound of it the installer isn't going to be passed the correct number because its to late, and im not holding 20mins for the installation dept. (theyre coming tommrrow)

I would have told them sooner but i only got my confirmation letter though this morning!
