I signed up to BB in July at Ã‚Â£9.99 a month and since then I have tried about 30 times to get NTL to send me a bill, but nothing. I have filled in new DD forms, I have given them my account details and still nothing. They even sent me a statement last month but with no charge!!
Do you think that they will just send me a bill for Ã‚Â£120.00 at the end of the one year contract?
