Sky person came to my house
Few mins ago. This guy from "sky" came to my house said we enquired bout sky. He also said the householders name. My dad said no1 enquired bout sky and my dad also said were wit virgin media. Then the guy left but he didn't go to other ppl houses. He got in his car and drove off.
Any1 hav any idea y this guy from "sky" came to my house

Yes I had sky upto 2009 in this house
In 2009 I cancelled sky then I got virgin media

How do you know he was from Sky? Did he show you his ID card? If not - he could have been anybody!

He was a sky sales rep ,he was probably acting on a "lead" which doesn't always mean that the prospective customer phoned and asked for a rep it usually means the person is a ex customer and is on sky's data base as a possible future customer mainly because you were a ex customer and as far as the rep is concerened you could have requested the visit it's quite a common sales ploy ...it's how cold calling works
