Stuck at "Ranging" problem with HITRON DOCSIS 3.0. Some help please.

Hey guys. I will leave the proper introductions for another time. Got my cable connection today after many years with an Adsl connection. It's a HITRON DOCSIS 3.0 as mentioned in the title.

First of all its my fault that this happened. Just saying it in advance. Here's the story.

Since I'm a curious guy by nature, even if sometimes the results/outcome in not in my favor I was eager to try something. As I said after the tech guys left, I wanted to try something. The cable setup as most of you is this: Direct cable to the house, onto the Isolator(system outlet) and then on the Modem and Cable box. I wanted to see if it would work with the cable directly connected to the modem. Yeah.. Too much spare time.

So what I did, is I took the main cable IN from picture 1 and attached it to the HITRON Modem(picture 2). Since I got "No Connectivity" from the connection I just put everything back. And the "No Connectivity" still continued. I rebooted the modem, reset to its defaults from its settings page but nothing worked.

So I called the company and they confirmed the connection is down too and its gonna take half to one week for the tech support. TV works normally btw.

I have posted my log from the modem page. Any help and info would be greatly appreciated guys. Thank you in advance.
