Angry Smallworld

One thing with this lot they are consistant, never make a complaint, because as always they do not like it speed on my fibreoptic line has droped again.
Happens every time looks like they must have a line so that it flags a complaint then drops the speed automatically for that person.
This is my speed for the last two days again after the complaint went in.

Re: Smallworld

Maybe they are doing some work with the infrastructure like expanding it, I did hear they had a temporary issue with a third party that provides the internet service. Possibly BT,Virgin Media,Thus/Cable and Wireless

Re: Smallworld

I wonder if they will ever get snapped up by Virgin Media? Thats adding nearly 50,000 homes and a few businesses. Which is also Virgin Media's target for next few years.

Re: Smallworld

I cant imagine so. The investment required to take them over would probably be more than Virgin infilling the same amount of properties in their own franchise areas.
