Only getting 1Mb with TalkTalk
I'm at my cousins house and he only gets 1Mb with TalkTalk although he's meant to be getting 24Mb. Another cousin used to live round the corner and he could get between 8 and 9Mb. According to SamKnows he lives just over 2km from the exchange and I know it's actually longer than that. Is there any way I can improve the speed?

could be a large number of things affecting. Any chance u can post his line stats...

And the product is marketed "Upto 24mb" so he can get anything upto that.

You will need to post attenuation and line noise margin stats from upload and download stats. That and an explanation of how the router is connected to the line, what else is on the line and how many filters in use.
