TalkTalk in Cambridge?

Hi, I`ve been on the SamKnows website and as far as i can tell, i can`t get TalkTalk here in CB1.!
Anyone know why? Is it down to the exchange not being LLU`d yet.

I'm in CB1 & have just checked SamKnows:
