Hi all, I have a couple of questions regarding my broadband, which I am actually happy with, here goes.
When I was ordering it in the website I gave them my postcode and stuff and the website said I would get a connection speed of upto 7 mbps. However, as the following shows.....
.... I get faster than this, bare in mind the time I did this speed test is a busy period, in the evenings it goes up to 15 mbps.
So my question is, if BT say I can get 7mbps does that mean my exchange uses ADSL rather than ADSL2? I'm not very familiar with these abbreviations and stuff.
Also, a question about my bill, I purchased option 3, unlimited upto 20 meg, will I being paying less than if they had recorded my speed as being able to get upto 20meg?
I know this is stuff I should check on my bill, but it is really cryptic, and I was hoping someone on here could help.
