3 to start traffic shaping..
Yet another ISP is going to start shaping their service. 3 mobile are going to be traffic shaping.
From Monday, when a cell is congested, it will automatically restrict p2p and limit any video streaming to 400 kbps..
That's the plan initially.. Long term, the plan seems to be to charge people more for higher speeds...
