Re: Be*There's new website
The forum is going into meltdown. *Everybody* hates it. There's a poll 'should BE* change back to the old site'. 39/39 people voted yes.

Re: Be*There's new website
It reminds me of the 90s when everyone used FrontPage.

Its probably the point. Might turn out to be a sort of viral marketting gimmick to drive up website traffic.

Re: Be*There's new website
Firefox can't find the server at www.bethere.co.uk.
Is it just me then?

Yeah, but people are saying it looks like they were hacked, and that it would put them off if they were a prospective customer. I don't think I'd sign up for an ISP with a site like that.

Re: Be*There's new website
At least they provide an extended validation security certificate, unlike VM and SKY for their main sites I guess :/

Re: Be*There's new website
Very slow, incredibly ugly. I wasn't a huge fan of their childish advertising and image previously, this Commodore 64 stylie is just ridiculous.
Are Telefonica trying to push customers to O2 rather than Be I wonder?
That's the only thought I can come up with, I have taken a wide variety of mind altering substances in my youth but am still quite sure that none of them would have made me think that website were a good idea.

This is it. I can sort of (well, not really) understand some idiot 17 year old designer coming up with that. What really baffles me is that the designer got it past Be management. What a bunch of pillocks they must be.
