Angry Internet and Phone connection

hi All

We have ADSL through the phone line. One day all phone lines and internet connections in the house were dead. I phoned BT who suggested we try connecting to their master input which comes from the street and is next to the front door. This works which means there is some issue with the internal wiring.
Question is I'm not sure who to call to get it fixed. BT only suppport up to your house so does anyone know a company who would look at internal phone wiring?

Cheers

Jimmy

Hi, welcome to the forum, I have moved your post to the correct place and approved it. You posted in a forum section which is read-only and is meant for articles and noone would've been able to reply. All fixed now for you

Re: Internet and Phone connection

BT will fix internal extensions but of course will charge you for it...other than that just check your yellow pages for Telecommunication Engineers in your area..

Or another way is to find a BT/VM engineer working in your area and ask them if they fancy doing some work on the side...
