What the Specs on the O2 Box etc?
My bebox is a Speedtouch 585. It's ok, but nothing special, and has a somewhat clunky User Interface.

Re: o2 Broadband

i got free broadband from O2 a while ago when i had contract phone with them.

took me 3 weeks to get connected to them. and they keep saying it was a phoneline issue
they kept saying i had an old phone line after i just paid 100+ to bt to get it installed.

I got money back from both partys and i think i will stick to VM

Re: o2 Broadband

Im using the 02 and love the service did have a problem with one website in particular not working and still waiting for them to tell me they have even bothered to try fixing that because I just seem to get given the run around when i try and pursue that issue. However in general its very good service with great Customer Service which is a shock to say the least.
