Easier to sign up to Opendns and block a website on there. Basically you create a free account, add the site to you blocklist and configure your router to use the OpenDNS DNS servers. http://www.opendns.com/
Please note if you do the above and opendns goes down or has issues then you stand to have problems with your connection. If you then call tier 1 and they find you have incorrect DNS ips in your router settings you will be on your own as they will not be able to help you without a factory reset on the router which will drop any tweaks or config changes you have made to the router.
