If i'm honest with you, you're probably going to get much better service with Be, as they are a dedicated ISP. They are truly unlimited in service thus far, unlike Sky who have a fair usage policy applying to bandwidth.
As for the email problem, i suggest you sign up with Googlemail. Then, even if you close your account with your ISP, your email address will be just fine and still be usable. Plus, they offer free POP3 email access, unlike other free services. If you want to know more, take a look here: http://www.gmail.com

Why do you insist on having email with the company who provide you with Broadband? If you didn't you could save £2.
As for Sky vs Be There, Be wins hands down.

MSM mail?
Maybe you could sign upto Gmail, which is not MSN if that's what you mean You'll be pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use, and how useful it is at the same time. Of course, sorry if you feel i'm pressuring you.

That's what POP3 is for
You can set outlook up to use Gmail, and never have to change email addresses again after that.
In fact, information on how to do so is here: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...n&answer=13276

Yup, i know how you feel, had my email with BT originally, still find sites i never updated... And that was 4 years ago!
Glad i could help by the way
Oh, and if you happen to use Opera, gmail works seamlessly with its Mail Client too.
