RE: BT Modem lock error

Hi,
my mother gets an error on her new laptop using BT Dialup and a standard 57k modem. It says;

i've tried bt help and had a few emails but to be honest they are hopeless.

anyone fixed this.?

P.S. I don't want to just disable it as bt sugested!

Re: BT Modem lock error

hmmm....already read those threads. They aren't very helpful. Neither really tell you what you should or shouldn't do.

BT are no help at all..
