I am not sure if this is the place to post BUT it is the place to ask
My daughter has bt broadband fitted quite recently ( house move, no ntl) And she is telling me it keeps dropping out after 5 min and asking for passwords etc
Question is , can some one give me some pointers to start fixing it or point me to a similar forum as this one
Bearing in mind I am in the boro and she is in manchester so most of it will done over the phone or when I go down next week

hi , your bump might be a bit premature , but anyway , i wonder if it is a bad line that is causing the problem , tbh it is as much as anything a guess as i have never had adsl / dont ever want it
