problem joining to bulldog

i currently with ntl 2mb broadband and i wana join bulldog but do i have to pay £60 for a new line. Is there any alternatives
can u possibly join bt and then join bulldog straightaway?

all ADSL providers in the UK require a BT line, and when you sign up for ADSL the phone line must be active.

When my girly signed up with virgin, it was the day after she had the BT line installed, and it took about 5 days for the ADSL to go active.

i think with bulldog you dont need a bt line they have their own network if your in the right area you get the 4Mbit connection... otherwise they use bt and you do need the bt line depends if your lucky enough to be in a area they cover
