PlusNet gets tough with broadband hogs

Don't know if anyone has seen this yet but makes interesting reading.

I read on the adslguide that these people are downloading on average (over a 3 monthly period) 140gb of data! that's 4.5gb per day!

"roughly equivalent to watching a 400kbps video stream permanently every hour and every day of a month"

so that's like running a 512 connection at around 90% 24 hours a day?
