Re: Taken the plunge & gone for ntl DTV...

Well, I've had ntl TV for a week & a half now.


Not great, but not too bad.

Picture & sound are very good. As good as my parents' Sky Digital IMO.

Interactive isn't as bad as I'd expected. Not as fully featured as on Sky (no video multiscreens on BBC it seems), but still pretty good (although slow).

Got a Pace box, unfortunately. Seems quite slow compared to my g/f's Samsung box, & it can be unresponsive at times. Does the job though, & hasn't died yet.

Hoping VOD will be reaching Cambridge soon. And definitely looking forward to the ntl PVR.
